NRW-ASEAN Summit 2024 – side program for international participants
The NRW-ASEAN Summit 2024, to be held in Bielefeld, will bring together government officials, stakeholders and companies across industries from the German state North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) and the ten ASEAN countries to highlight and discuss business opportunities in both regions.
The event is a state-wide offer by the IHK Ostwestfalen zu Bielefeld in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Action and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and NRW.Global Business supported by IHK NRW – the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in NRW and German Chamber ASEAN Business Council.
As a future-oriented location and hub of technological innovation in Europe, NRW offers countless opportunities for business and cooperation activities. On the other hand, the ASEAN region has become one of the most important growth regions worldwide. Economic ties between ASEAN and Germany continue to strengthen significantly. The region is a dynamic and promising economic area with high growth rates offering various business opportunities for German companies and stakeholders.
The NRW-ASEAN Summit 2024 is the second event to bring together stakeholders from both regions in NRW. It will provide an opportunity to connect with stakeholders in NRW and ASEAN countries interested in strengthening future international relations.
Parallel to the main program, NRW.Global Business offers a side event for international participants from the ASEAN region from 11:50 to 13:30. The program provides the opportunity to learn more about NRW as a business location and gain insights into the diverse economic landscape of NRW.
