The supervisory board consists of a member of each parliamentary group represented in the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia. Additionally, the State Chancellery, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Action and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, the Ministry of Culture and Innovation of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia as well as the Working Group Municipal Economic Development NRW and the NRW.Bank are represented by one member each on the board. The NRW economy is represented by one member each from the chambers of industry and commerce, the chambers of crafts, and the business community.
