With a total population of 18 million, the Western Balkans is an attractive and underdeveloped market. Its strategic location at the interface between Asia and Europe opens up a wide range of trade and investment opportunities as well as chances for supply chain diversification. Companies from NRW can get a first-hand impression of the economic potential of the Western Balkans on a company trip with NRW.Global Business.

From September 29 to October 3, 2024, participants will have the opportunity to establish business contacts in Serbia, North Macedonia and Kosovo and to exchange information on the latest industry developments. The program includes meetings with the Macedonian Ministry of Economy, site visits to existing NRW companies, panel discussions and a visit to the Kumanovo Technological Industrial Zone (TIDZ).

A highlight of the trip will be a visit to SUBEX (Suppliers Balkan Expo) in Prishtina, Kosovo. As a B2B trade fair and matchmaking event, it offers an excellent platform for face-to-face contact with potential partner companies from the entire region of South Eastern Europe.

For more information on the program and to register, please visit the NRW.Global Business website.
