One of the largest German-Japanese business conferences will take place on 26 May: the Japan 2025 Business Day. NRW.Global Business has been organizing the event on behalf of the state of NRW, the state capital of Düsseldorf and the Japanese community of Düsseldorf together with its partners as part of the Japan Day business program every year since 2002. The event is aimed at trade visitors and serves as a platform for exchange and networking.

Under the title "Hydrogen economy – German and Japanese business models for the future", representatives from industry and public institutions will present their strategies, experiences and application examples. The aim of the Japan Business Day is to bring together players in the hydrogen industry from both countries and to open up opportunities for cooperation.

The guests will be welcomed by NRW Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Protection Mona Neubaur, Dr. Stephan Keller, Mayor of the state capital Düsseldorf, Yoshitaka Tsunoda, Consul General of the Japanese Consulate General Düsseldorf, and Akio Ryomoto, President of the Japanese Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Düsseldorf.
