Kenya is one of the most important markets on the African continent for German businesses. The third largest economy in sub-Saharan Africa after South Africa and Nigeria, Kenya is considered politically stable, open and liberal. It also has one of the largest and most diversified economies on the continent.

With NRW.Global Business, companies from NRW will get to know this market during a company trip to the capital Nairobi. From September 3 to 6, 2024, they will be able to establish contacts with companies, technology facilities and institutions in the East African country around Nairobi. The program includes sector-specific company visits on the topics of circular economy, energy, water supply, smart manufacturing and food processing, as well as a meeting with the Kenyan investment authority KenInvest.

Interested parties can attend a webinar on June 20 to obtain a general overview of the East African market and learn more about the planned company trip. Registrations are being taken by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce IHK Düsseldorf

You can use the NRW.Global Business website to register for the company trip.
